TMI specializes in the production of pattern tooling used in the Aerospace and Commercial Industries. Our tooling is built for both production and prototype applications using the latest in CAD/CAM technology.

Foundry support is available and beneficial to our customers: supplying gating and rigging to their specifications or solidification model. Core assembly, qualification/target, heat-treat, straightening, machining, and pressure test fixtures can also be built depending on your needs.

Permanent Mold Tooling

We have extensive experience manufacturing Iron and H-13 Low Pressure, Gravity and Tilt-Pour Permanent Molds. Molds range in size from small and very intricate to molds in the 5000 - 6000 pound range.
