Full Service Foundry Pattern ShopTechnical Methods, Inc, based in Lakeville Minnesota, specializes in the production of pattern tooling used in aerospace and commercial industries. The tooling is built for both production and prototype applications using the latest in CAD/CAM technology. TMI has a 13,000 sq ft facility with 8 CNC machining centers and 24 skilled employees with an average of over 20 years experience in this industry. We have been in operation since 1993.
We believe that our approach to designing and building high quality production and prototype pattern tooling yields the lowest over all cost and allows the quickest time to market.
We have successfully developed and built major tooling programs for companies such as Bell Helicopter, Pratt & Whitney, GE, Boeing, Allied Signal, General Motors, Hamilton Sundstrand, Sikorsky, Avio, Bell and Honeywell.
