Fixtures

Fixtures play and important role in producing high quality castings. Our fixtures are designed and manufactured using the latest CAD/CAM Systems. A full 3-D Model is generated for pre-build customer approval. All components are then fully machined by our CNC department.

Each Type of fixture is needed at a different stage of the casting process. Most are built along with the pattern tooling to insure that we meet the delivery needs of our foundry customers.
